Create a Codename One project that is deployed as a desktop app using GitHub releases

This video demonstrates the use of the jDeploy IntelliJ plugin to create a new Codename One project that is set up with Github actions to be distributed as a desktop app via Github releases.

This project type also supports deploying as a native mobile app for iOS or Android, a pure Javascript app, as well as a few other platforms.
