Man I haven't seen water temps in the 70s for a while now. Still upper 80s and 90s down here in Texas.

double fisting it out there, huh? gotta love it! excellent presentation. i like that you touched on something that most dont. some will say, well no sheet, thats common sense that the fish are more active in the warmer water, but people with common sense are becoming an endangered species these days. even knowing that thermo factors in its usually the last thing i think of so its def something to be reminded of. usually so concerned with structure, rig, and presentation that that temp change is overlooked when it could be the most important factor involved. great video!

That makes sense!
It's costly, but I have taken this information to the next level.
Fishhawk sells a temperature probe that you lower to the bottom of the lake and gives Temps in 5 foot increments all the way down.
It does help you eliminate plenty of water, which helps make even the biggest lakes more fishable.
Fish Hawk TD is the unit.

Love the vibe and information. Gained yourself a new subscriber, sir. Rod reel combo, what lures you are using, and how you are rigging them would be helpul.

Great video. I fish local rivers mostly but I’m prepping for a trip to do some lake fishing. Been watching videos on turnover to remind myself of the changes in tactics. I’ll be fishing post-turnover actually. Good information thanks.
