Well, I don't quite know what to say about these heels except "THEY"RE SO EPIC AND GORGEOUS AND I CAN'T WALK 5 FEET WITHOUT BEING STOPPED!"
These are a HACK of the Christian Louboutin "So Kate" Glitter Heels which cost $795!
***************************************
Make sure you listen to the voice over because there are a few tricks to make the tape peel perfectly. I learned it while doing my second shoe and I explain in the voice over!

MATERIALS

The hack costs about $20-$35 to do on a pair of heels!
I bought my black faux suede pumps in downtown LA for $17 but you could use any heels you want as long as they're a fabric and not slick leather.

I have linked all other materials that you need up above but if you have any questions, please let me know!

I love that you include your troubleshooting and clean up at the end instead of making it seem like it all comes out completely perfect without any touch ups

This video is the perfect diy video, like I feel blessed. It actually saves money, it WORKS, doesn’t have a clickbait thumbnail, and THE INTRO ISNT HALF THE VIDEO?? Wow

Watched this episode at least a dozen times building up the courage to try it. But it always puts a smile on my face. I have to say Orly that your videos always brighten up my day. You're so animated and make the DIY's fun. Thank you for doing what you do!

I am way too old for spike heels, but I’m going to run right out and buy a pair of cheap flats to try this technique on. They look fantastic and you’re instructions were the best. Great job!

I can't believe those Louboutins. $800 and the stripes don't match up at the back seam or on the heel, wtf. Apparently you have to make your own if you want some attention to detail.

Fabulous....In the late 60's early 70's when money wasn't there for me to just buy another pair of shoes, I used shoe dye to perk up my shoes. Going through many colour changes starting with light until they reached the end of the line and had to be dark. I really looked after my shoes, applied the dye carefully, using every trick to keep them still looking good. Many times my Mum examined the sole to check I wasn't wasting my hard earned money!
I still adore shoes and your DIY is soooo tempting, if I had somewhere special to go.... Now, let me think 🤔 😁

I'm glad this worked well! I do highly suggest using fabric mod podge for those who recreate this. You use the same glitter technique I do! Love it!

Aww you're so sweet!!! I could FEEL your excitement from Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I like you and usually, I find you tubers to be fake, a holes lol but you're humble, funny and sweet too. I just wish, I could make clothes like you. I'm going to get sewing lessons, when lockdown is over. I'm a vulnerable person so I can't go out but my friend can visit me and teach me how to sew. She made the 20, cloth, masks, I sent my family. I sent them loads of ppe too, just in case, they had to go to town or the dentist etc. I'm so glad that, I found you :) I'm liking forward to learning more from you. Xx
