Toon Boom Harmony Rigging Process

This custom character rig was created for an upcoming animation from Animall Studios. In the video, I show some of the process of making a 360-character rig on Toom Boom Harmony. I have used Master Controllers to interpolate between the poses. It was a lot of fun exploring the potential of this powerful tool for animators. I also implemented a 360 lip-sync for the character with customizable elements for each set of drawings. The mouth is separated from the teeth and the tongue allowing a wide range of expressions. I did not forget the jawline that moves alongside the mouth creating a natural feeling for the facial expressions. The same care was applied to the eyes and eyebrows. A set of deformers and drawing substitutions gives the animator the flexibility needed for a better result. There is a lot more to this character. I will be implementing more and more features to this until the final animation. So I hope to bring more breakdowns of the process to this channel. The Art was made by the talented artist Maurenilson Freire.
