Those shoes were incredible. This box was no where near your first box though, and that speedy is ridiculous!! And the fact it’s been a week is infuriating, especially considering how much you’ve spent t with them. And this video was very tastefully and professionally handled with such a delicate sensitive concern.

You can take that bag to a shoe and leather goods repair shop and they can take care of the mold.

Hopefully thredup gives you a refund or maybe send you another LV. Mold is unacceptable. I also had a bag from thredup that had mold in it. Can’t wait to hear the update.

Try running a bar of soap over that rough running zipper, and it should slide much better...
