All Mercedes look the same in the interior, since 10 years. The Paint is not a Alpina Thing, its your fault if you choose the most basic uni paint. And Alpina offers the Wheels, you mentioned, with the Valve in the Centre for the B7.

S classes are heavier because they put UNNECESSARY things in there to make it “luxurious” while bmws look better, weigh less, and they are faster.
