Man, I’m no legal expert at all. But if I was the Kenosha County District Attorney, I’d probably ask for Thomas Binger’s letter of resignation.

When Binger talked about reporters being Unbiased I wanted to ask him if he hade ever watched Fox news or MSNBC?

Doesn’t everyone get paid in there? The prosecutor and defense lawyer get paid to say what they say also

He’s fine, that jury will let him walk.

Expert: their reputation is on the line so they will be honest in their testimony. Their time should also be recompensed otherwise anyone off the street could be used as a witness.

I agree. The witness would have been more believable if he hadn't have pontificated from the stand.

I also agree that the prosecutor's smug condescension hurts his case.

#expert should always get paid for their services. They are not paid to form a bias opinion. They are paid to help present facts based on their profession

The truth is there should have been a dead looter hanging in front of every business. Animals got put down and nobody should ever be sorry for doing what's right.

WoW every YouTube channel is covering this case. I started with this channel so I’ll finish with this channel. I also set a reminder for the live but I fell back asleep after getting up super early, lol. I’ll catch the next one. I have a feeling I’m not gonna like the verdict tho. The judge yelling at the prosecutor footage was all over the news, UGH! Great video.

Expert - If they don't get paid they would not be available.

TY for covering this. Sorry I missed the live. In regards to paid experts, I might be weird, but as a Juror I would probably be MORE wary of bias if an "expert witness" were to NOT get paid. I mean, if you are a professional, what is your motivation to do all this work and be on stand if you aren't being payed? Is that a weird way of looking at it?

Thanks for your coverage in this case. My understanding is that the Judge can honor the defense’s request for a mistrial with prejudice pretty much at anytime. What would happen if the jury is hung, would it be too late for the Judge to declare a mistrial with prejudice?

FYI the fight at the ok corral was under 1 minutes. Doesn't take alot of time for a famous shoot out.

Two and a half thousand people have watched this, and it has overwhelming support. (50 support the video for every person against it)

Does Rittenhouse have a case against the city for allowing him to be in that situation.

Bias is a tricky word. If people go through tough experiences, they are going to have opinions. I thought Drew Hernandez was an excellent witness that the prosecution couldn't crack. He painted a picture of what it was to be in a riot, and in a way, he was an "expert witness" on the riot itself. Any personal bias was mitigated when he provided all his recordings to the prosecution and defense. He also made out that Rittenhouse was something of a hero when he talked down a threatening mob. That was very powerful testimony, IMO.

I don’t understand how they can introduce more charges all be it lesser charges?… that shouldn’t be allowed IMO

Great commentary. One suggestion...when you reference something from the trial, splice in a clip of the part of the trial you are talking about for context.

RE: Jury selection. I read somewhere that the defense used the same jury consultant that advised on OJ Simpson case.

Expert. If I heard that someone is paying him that much for his services then I would think that he must be damn good at his job.
