Eww ick! Even the Mind Loops Lady loops!
Yep, I loop too. Not very often anymore (thank goodness!) but still happens. Here's how I de-looped in real-time... and it took under 1 minute to feel relief!

1. Detect the negative thought
2. Detach from the negative thought . Get in the present moment
3. Detour: change your thoughts
4. De-story. What story are you telling yourself.

Just FLEET IT. Afterall, its just a fleeting thought. Conflict occurs when you try to make something more than or different than what it is. It's just a fleeting thought so JUST "THINK" FLEET, and move on to the

Theres only "reason/hard logic/facts/undisputables" & "emotions/feelings".

First rid of the looping negative emotions/feelings

2:15 - Detect: That you're having a negative thought loop

2:25 - Detatch: Get out of your own mind/head & return to the present mindless moment

3:20 - Detour: Focus on something else. Quite literally, put another thought into your mind & that is automatic when you do something else.

4:53 - De-story: Change the prevailing negative story you are telling yourself. Change it to "Ill live to tell the story"/"One day Ill tell the story"

Once you're level enough & without emotion - There only is left reason/hard logic/facts/undisputables

All problems are understanding problems. Hard logic/facts that you dont yet clearly/fully understand.

Once emotion is dead & the sensation within is a cold flatline, use your faculty for reason to understand your way to true clarity. Deep inside the problem itself, the solution will be found.
