Arrest the nuts who are threatening violence and throw them in jail. It's ridiculous to think people can get away with this idiocy.

If they were in prison for their insurrection they wouldn't be able to send threats

1st Amendment guarantees the right to free speech it does NOT give people a free pass to make threats against another person. Freely expressing an opinion or feeling not freely making a threat to someone else’s welfare.
One person’s right to free speech does not give that person a right to threaten the safety of another person.

Why on earth would the FBI need to plant evidence at Mar-a-Lago, when Trump had already planted more than 30 boxes full of evidence at Mar-a-Lago himself. 🤣🤣😅

Risking your freedom and possibly your life defending a former Reality TV personality who doesn't know the difference between legal possession and Espionage, is pig-ignorant .

Ya know, with only 36 prisoners currently occupying Guantanamo Bay, there's plenty of room to hold insurrectionists, domestic terrorists, and those suspected of issuing death threats.

I love that he probably thought he was in the clear. Very nice, let's collect them all, especially their ringleader.
