For some reaon my X3 won't accept messenger and imo calls. It just says bluetooth disconnected and connects to speaker I have ot manually switch to x3 R.
Also i double tap for TWS mode but they dont do anything

The left earbud of my Edifier X3 suddenly stopped producing sound. It still connects and responds to touch but sound doesn't come out of the speaker. How do I fix this?

Anyone having trouble with phone calls (WhatsApp or regular calls)? Other functions like video and music work fine. It works on the laptop with Zoom, but on my phone (tried 2 different ones), when I make a call, the other person can hear me but I can't hear them.
