Chopped Fried Garlic and fried garlic oil. Dipping Sauce : Sukiyaki Chilli sauce (chopped parsley, chopped green onion, little light soy sauce)

How come nobody ever talks about that slimy membrane you get on the octopus After it’s been cooked? I finally removed it after cooking made a huge difference. Before when I made octopus it was gross

He didn't add chopped/minced fresh garlic to the oil and lemon. Have to have the garlic.

This was helpful but I didn’t like the way the announcemer/translater pronounces the word “cut”. He pronounces it like he’s some kind of psycho that gets sick pleasure from cutting up bodies.
