Instead of just “name, subject, message” in your contact form, try asking questions that help you qualify your leads.

➡️ What’s their timeline?
➡️ Are they self pay or using insurance?
➡️ What are their goals?
➡️ What type of ____ do they want/need?

Figure out what type of info would be helpful for you to know up front…

…so when you get an email, you can say, “Ahh, it looks like Jane wants to lose 25 lbs in one month, we’re not a good fit” or “Oh, Joe needs help with xyz and has a $10k budget, we would be a good fit.”

Good copy and design also helps with getting you the right fit clients, but some others will still filter in!
