In this video we shall guide the applicant how to apply for Instant approvals (without mortgage) through #tsbpass portal. This is second category type of building permission under which #tsbpass generates approvals.

Instant approval applies for Individual residential buildings of plot area above 75 sq yds and upto 600 sq yds and height upto 10 mtrs.

In how many days you got the Commencement Letter?? And here you didn't got the commencement letter for the 7th Feb 2021 application its still showing under process...So, what is the use of Instant Approval when they are taking much time. And what is the difference b/w single window and Instant registration. Please revert Back. And a very good work done by you.. Because there are people unitedly corrupt in the various sections of Govt. and no one is bothered about it, at all and None of them has the fear of Thanks for the help though. God Bless you :)

Madam u made a mistake that you entered market value as 2000 but it is showing 9000 rupees at last. Because you got an heavy amount of 2.7 lakhs looks like you check again in aknowledge.how market value is less than as per registered document market value?

Should I surely start my work commencement before the date given (6months ) and else it’s not required?? Make sure we should complete our construction before 3 years of given time period

Can you please explain about why their is (Upload documents of - Property tax receipt/ Water connection/ Electricity bill (prior to 1985 )) in TS-BPASS because I have very old house (around 60 Years). can i get any benefits in applying selecting that.

as per registration document market value is 9000, but present market value 2000, how its possible,
and present market value is high compare to as per registration document market value
