Can free public transport fix traffic?

Tallinn is still investing in their public transport and bicycle lanes.

The city has a lot of potential (in part due to some Soviet era two tanks wide lane) and I can see it becoming a Nordic Amsterdam in the next decade

Jakarta is so crowded with people. The public transportation really helps

Being free def helps and is an amazing step, but free trash is still trash. You need to decently designed network to begin with.

Cost is one thing but i think reliability and efficient ways to get from point a to point b is also important ❤

As Indonesian. That dedicated line wont help because usually some dumb people that drive cars and moto uses that dedicated line and cause trafic just because they don't want to get stuck in traffic outside that dedicated line.

Denver's public transit system is largely a failure because it's much slower than just using a car

No such thing as "free". You should tell the people the truth. "The city wants to raise your taxes, embezzle part of the money raised, and in return provide something you didn't want"
