vegan food, decaffeinated green tea, broccoli, carrots, wheatgrass & spurilina included in my diet have been the best changes I've made to my health care overhaul. its not always fun if you crave ice cream but we can combat this through substituting fruit or make sugar free cookies. its all worth it!!! thank you so much Dr Rajani!!! your the best!! 💯⭐⭐🙏

Wow thank you for the wonderful vide!! 🙏🏻 it’s very encouraging I’ve been using all those things almost about 15 years ago, I do my own skin care recipes for myself, and I do a lot of homemade masks and a lot of people telling me you never age what are you doing???😊😊🥰💕💕

seabuckthorn oil is amazing on wrinkles. Either taking it by mouth but also putting it on the skin. But if you take it by mouth, make sure you take omega 3's to balance things out. Seabuckthorn oil is omega 7 I think.

I love my Aloe and avocado double shot serum oil that I can use as much as needed. I also use Hemp seed oil and Vit E oil and coconut oil too. Good for my hair also. Thank you so much Dr. Rajani. I will probably watch this again to be sure I took great notes.

I LOVE this video! Perfect timing. I have been buying a ton of different oils and skincare-related products to make some serums and lotions at home. And, just an hour ago I mixed up abyssian oil, black raspberry seed oil, emu, broccoli seed oil & kiwi seed oil. I wanted to use it while my skin was healing from microneedling. Plum seed oil smells amazing as well. Love your content Dr. Rajani. :)

Nothing about coconut oil? It would be the first for me, as well as sprouts.
I have learned in the articles of the endocrinologist Ray Peat that excess of polyunsaturated fats are detrimental to the mitochondria, they slow down the metabolism. You can read his articles on his website. Biology is so complex!
Anyway, thanks for your videos, that's nice of you!
