Menzel Fishburne - Robotic Extra Large Case Erector Model MFC48 is a Flexible Production System designed to erect extra-large cases of varying sizes.
The Robotic System is outfitted with a heavy-duty articulating end-of-arm-tool (EOAT) that contains an optimized array of vacuum cups. This universal tool is designed to accommodate varying box dimensions, and provides versatility to all system functionalities.
This Robotic cell is outfitted with a Pallet Picking System (PPS) designed for heavy case loading. The system is employed in order to accommodate convenient high volume loading of blank cases, as well as minimize down time due to blank case loading. The Pallet Picking System incorporates a Case Aligning Table that precisely locates the blank case.
