This is the 41st episode of Lightroom Quick Tips where I give a single, quick Lightroom tip.

Have you ever opened Lightroom only to find that you're missing images or worse, entire folders? In this episode of Lightroom Quick Tips I offer some techniques on finding those files and folders and I explain how you can create folders and move images around from within Lightroom.

Great tip. On a side note I heard a good tip which is to import new raws with explorer with desired folder structure and names. Then import into Lightroom rather than import in Lightroom and accepting its folder structure. Also I find that for library day to day filing etc that picasa is better for me and easier to add tags etc so I only use Lightroom really for creating the jpgs from the raws.
