It has been incredibly hot. It’s almost 9 in the morning, here in Louisiana and it is already hitting a heat index of 91. I feel so bad for you all to experience extreme heat.
That bird looked so delicious! Great job, Matt!

The temps here have been somewhere between a blast furnace and the towering inferno! All the storms last night went around us. We received .02"....unreal! It has been so hard to keep things damp and the chickens cool. I've been using my Big Green Egg on a bunch of chickens too. I even had some perfect brisket! Stay cool you two!

Morning. . We had upper 80’s for about a week or so, now a few days of 70’s so that’s nice. Smoked chicken sounds good. Have you ever tried Uncle Steve’s Shake seasoning? It’s what I use on my pellet smoker, so good. That chicken looked amazing.

Do you use cauliflower to make pizza crusts?
Our daughter does that. It has a great taste and texture.
