For me, it's no contest... I'll buy the Elf because I don't think any lip oil is worth $40. I might think differently if I had unlimited funds but with my very limited funds; this is my choice. I can always put a color on before or after it, if I really want a little color on my lips.
But I do want you to know that I greatly appreciate you breaking down the difference between them and the ingredients and what they do for what benefits. I really enjoy your channel for this reason! I bought several shades of Elf Lip Oil and I absolutely love it! I have been using Dior one for a while, which is one of my favorites. They’re feel very similar on the lips.

I actually love the elf glow reviver lip oil in the shade "red delicious"... It's the most gorgeous pop of colour on all skin tones. you can wear it with or without lip liner. Personally, as someone who is scared to wear red lipstick, I finally found a way that red works on me. And it's only $8.

I agree with you on the texture. Both are not necessarily hydrating. I actually prefer the e.l.f. having the absence of Red Dye 40. IYKYK. Have you, or can you do a comparison for what the Victorias Secret lip mask in the purple tube is supposed to be a dupe for? I love it so much 😍 The texture and longevity is above par. I’ve yet to find something that I prefer over it. Thank you doll! 😘
