Had the Boundary Supply Aegis duffel, but switched to a GoRuck GR2. I enjoyed the duffel, but I feel that they are best suited for car travel. I mainly travel via Air so for me I decided to switch to a dedicated backpack.

I just got back from a nearly two month trip in Peru and I really enjoyed traveling with my GR2 40l and Patagonia Atom sling.

The Pakt and Aer duffels look interesting to me. I'm usually one for a backpack, but those look quite nice.

I have two pre-loved *amzaccs* that people left the stickers on, and when you remove them, the hardware looks different than the hardware right next to it that the sticker didn’t touch. It’s not because the other has scratches, the sticky stuff affected the finish.

It’s sorta crazy how many travel duffels don’t have luggage pass throughs, despite a duffel being the perfect form factor to place atop a rolling bag.
