You are awesome my lady. I've been down with the flu too. Laryngitis which kept me from making my calls I needed to make. I beat myself up over it. Inhale Exhale, Give your self a hug and be kind to your self! Start again:) I'm gong to go for a walk as well:) Cuddles on the couch are awesome anyway.
