Great video! Oil is expensive, but BMW sell their oil in 20L bulk packs - works out around £35 per 6.6L

Not a bad video tbh top job. With the filter buy a mahle filter as that’s what bmw use and will save you £10 as your paying that extra £10 for it to have a bmw box and stamp on box. When fitting the oil filter cap just rub alittle bit of the clean oil around the o ring on the filter housing.

Hi mate this is great video. I wanted to change oil in my X5 30d too, but I have some sort of plastic cover on that small opening in the metal panel where you open the drain plug ... But in your video seems like no plastic cover on that opening in the metal panel... Any idea
