saw The go Betweens live in 1989 as support to REM on Green tour in RDS Dublin. What a band

I saw the Go Betweens live in Belgium, the year must have been 1988 or 1989. My memory from that evening is that I remember als 5 people in the band, they were the ones you can see in the clips from Streets of your town and Was there anything I Could Do. The blond guy had a sort of holder on his guitar where he could put his cigarette while continuing playing. Can't believe this is more than 35 years ago.
