I met Kevin Lucas at a Charity's meeting between Kevin Lucas of Lucas Johnson, Andrew Middleton of Towns Needham and the Charity's Trustees. I was there as I suspected that the liquidation was dragging on, fees had gone through the roof and creditors were being treated terribly.

Well it is supposed to be that simple. However, when you have financial predators involved, namely Kevin Lucas and Andrew Middleton, things can be made complicated when they want to make some cash for themselves and their businesses.

These Financial Predators' fees are approx £80,000. Beware, Big Time.

By the way, the Mansion was sold well under value at £280,000.
