So if kids decide to throw balls in other players heads during games because it’s condoned by the media, that’s ok? The double standards are ridiculous, there’s examples to be set and it’s starts with players and you journalists.

Are people surprised that the media are against Arsenal? It’s always been like this as far as I can remember. It all comes from being envious of our club.

The thing is with the Haaland thing is if it was a Arsenal player who did it it would be a different story and there lies the problem!

Why is the letter of the law such a big thing when Arsenal are involved? By the letter of the law Haaland should've been booked multiple times, Dias should've got a 2nd yellow, and silva and doku both kicked the ball away, so should've received a yellow. Sheikh Oliver only wanted to book Trossard for kicking the ball away though...

How can you defend that? It’s unsportsmanlike conduct and deserves a ban. If the situation was reversed City players would’ve lost their sh*t.

City players surrounding ref no single booking. Michael Oliver is a disgrace to English Football. How can someone be officiating for his parents owners. PGMOL have some shame

The only thing about the Haaland thing is if another player from a team other than City does that in a match he will get booked. Rules apply to everyone except City and especially Haaland

EH needs to be punished. If you can’t tap a ball to the side then you certainly can not throw the ball at the back of someone’s head. No way!
He’s supposed to be a role model as the best ST in the world. Young kids will think it’s acceptable seeing that.
What a joke that he gets away with it

Haaland is used to bullying defenders. Gabriel too strong. Haaland didn't like that.

If ANY Arsenal player throws a ball at the face or back of the head of an opponent these media outlets would be crucifying Arsenal & Arteta the PGMOL would be issuing suspensions & fines the double standard it’s a joke 🙌🏻😅

Wait, so getting getting a yellow and then sent off for kicking the ball a few yards, but throwing a ball at someone or even launching into partey don’t get any cautions 🤣🤣🤣 you can’t have soft rules and hard rules…inconsistencies…

Haaland-s ball throw is more deserving of a card than Trossard's kick.

It's not a violent act, but it's unsportsmanlike behaviour what Haaland did. I got a 6 week ban for smth similar when I played football.

Congratulations to Michael Oliver for his influence in the game. He couldn't allow the attention to be on the performance on the pitch he had to make it all about himself. If he's the best referee in the premier league then it's a joke...

So according to media and PGMOL, it's fine to score a goal and take your shirt off and wave around your head and it's also OK to throw a ball at back of opposing player's head

So let's do both of those things on our first of many goals at The Emirates against City and we'll see if this consensus stays together or falls apart because the player in question wears an Arsenal jersey

The most red cards Oliver has given out to team besides Arsenal is 2. He has given Arsenal 7 red cards.

Lost all respect for Halaand. What a Coward. Will never put his name in the same sentence as Messi and Ronaldo

If Trossard gets booked by the "Letter of the Law", then Haaland should have been booked by the same rule. Fortunately for Haaland, VAR applies common sense for him. Football fans should be putting the same energy in wanting Haaland to get away with his ball throw as it is harmless, as they should in saying that Trossard should have stayed on the pitch. If Stelling thinks Trossard should have stayed on the pitch, then he is consistent. If he doesn't then he is a hypocrite.

No he threw the ball at him because apart from the goal the time you saw him was mouthing off at everyone including the staff on the bench
I want to see an Arsenal player do exactly the same thing well then see what you say about it Jeff
