What is the big deal here? Capital punishment is legal and regulated by each State. There are hundreds of things that are legal and the States decide how to regulate. So you all are saying this is outlaw Abortion No it won’t. What it does is allow the Citizens in each State to decide what they feel is correct for their State. I hear you all chatter and chatter. And yet you still don't get it. America is not one opinion. The Citizens of TX or FL or PA have vastly different opinions then the citizens of CA NY HI. I agree that Roe was bad law from it inception. And you all act like the SCOTUS has never reversed itself. Well since 1778 the SCOTUS had overruled more than 300 of its own cases. So wake up there is no SCOTUS ruling that can be seen as a Constitutional Right. I would say if you want abolition to be constitutional then propose an amendment. Till then every time the court expands a right or reduces a right is open to be overturned. Congress can do nothing here. Once the Court puts abortion in the hands of the States the federal government can do nothing. Maybe this elected official should read the 10th Amendment.
