I’m 40 years old am my fathers who was never there and always high still tells me I’m not a man yet. I tell my 8 year old son that he is a man and he can do anything because he is strong and he at 8 years old already speaks 2 languages is orange belt karate plays sports and is king of his castle so I think it’s true instilling confidence not projecting there own weakness is better

I've always held my head down for years now from the trauma my own relatives gave to me. Pleasing everyone and being scared to try new things even though I've wanted change to happen so much.

I said to myself that this'll be my year and I will do my best to become a better version of me. I'm slowly getting rid of everything that's weighing me down and putting up this mask everytime I meet them. I'll be me onwards and I'll just see where this takes me. I'm grateful for these clips because I really needed someone to wake me up. I hope you all live well too.
