You can't lie about your intent and simultaneously give a a sincere apology. You meant to slap her butt, admit it. Anyone can see that on the video. Yes, there were several thousand runners on that bridge, running in that single lane (and really, good for you for mentioning that she was partially in the running lane, aka "she shouldn't have worn that dress). But guess what, if there were 5, 000 runners in that narrow lane, 4, 999 of them managed to NOT slap her butt. This was NOT unintentional.
