Improving community mental health care in Leeds – information for service users and carers

Adults and older people who have ongoing and complex mental health issues, sometimes called serious or severe mental illness (SMI,) will have access to joined-up care provided in their local communities by the end of 2024. This short video briefly explains how we are transforming community mental health care in the city for users of services and their carers.
