How to unlock Facewear glamour in FFXIV

in dawntrail the devs made it possible to wear eyeglasses in conjunction with head pieces together. unlike other fashion accessories these stay on during battle and can be toggled on and off after its registered. there is a total of 10 different options but one is currently unavailable due to it being tied to the old pvp series rewards which isn't accessible unless they add em back. 5 are from gold saucer one is from mount rokkon two are purchasable from npc's in the starter city states for 3000 gil. last one is from submarine voyages.
