Interestingly, Honda's service manual doesn't prescribe water pump replacement. It just says to inspect it, describes how to inspect it, and to replace it if necessary. Same for the idler and tensioner bearings. There are a handful of bolts that it prescribes replacing, most importantly the idler bolt. I just changed the belt myself on my 2010 Odyssey (same engine) at the 100k mile mark. The water pump bearing was smooth and tight and there was no evidence of coolant leaking, not a hint. The service manual even documents that a small amount of coolant weeping is "normal" and doesn't indicate replacement is necessary. I don't know if I'd leave it if I found that, but that's what it says. The economics of paying a mechanic to do the job influences the decision of course, but based strictly on Honda's service manual, you'd be surprised what doesn't have to be changed out.

My belt was last replaced at 175k. My 2010 Pilot now has 239k miles. Am I safe in assuming I still have at least another 25k-30k miles? No issues from pump or overheating.

Yes and for every belt like this that has gone OVER the mileage ..I can find you ten that snap..I highly recommend changing it at the correct time the manufacturer says. Mileage or Time whichever comes first.
