Edit: I got let go today because they're less busy than they expected to be so they couldn't find the hours for me (essentially overstaffed). So to anyone telling me not to bother - I don't work there anymore so that's that. Pretty pissed off tbh, just goes to show how little they value you even when you do everything right.
