1:11 to 1:14 is the best scene for TV calibration and it will drive you insane! The red umbrellas look like a solid red color on a uncalibrated TV and after tweaking the settings you should see details such as the ribs of the umbrella and shadow detail in the canopy. Good Luck!

It looks like HDR, but for some reason on the S9 when you select the video quality it says 1080P 60FPS HDR and in my g6 it says 1080p 60fps. Don't know if it's working, but it looks like when you take a picture with hdr. There are no black shadows or over exposed lights.
