For some reason people didn't think Warp Ammo actually applied damage to Barriers.

Level 20 GI

TC 6: Damage, Rechage, SR Damage
HM 6: Accuracy, ROF, Speed and Vision
NA 6: Power and Capacity, Power Damage, Weapon Damage

Widow X, Extended Barrel V, Spare Clips V

Control: Stronghold V, no other consumables
Experimental: Stronghold V, Warp Ammo IV

Reapers on Gold

With a cloaked Widow X shot and no ammo power, I took out 3 bars of Barrier from the Banshee.

With a cloaked Widow X shot and Warp Ammo IV, 4 bars of Barrier were removed.

These are first shots on these particular Banshees without Proxi Mine interference.

For the WA test I took the GPS because I thought I was going to get through the first two waves faster that way. I got into a bad situation as Wave 3 started and wasted some consumables. Ah well :)

Of note, Proxi Mine + cloaked Widow X shot with no ammo power also did 4 bars of damage to the Barrier.

Warp ammo will not detonate primed targets if it is on amplified concussive shot. RedCaesar97 has some tests of amplification where he showed that wasn't the case, and it matched my experience.

Warp ammo also gets the bonus to any enemy primed for biotic explosions, not just lifted targets, despite the description.

The only reason I did this test was because a compilation of the ammo consumables listed this as untested / unproven.

Huh? Warp Ammo gave one extra bar of damage, so it is in fact applied to Barriers.
