Ed, from a loyal subscriber, Sam Hicks in New Mexico, this should not be controversial at all. It's all about your personal taste. In my mind, it's looks absolutely brilliant. Over the roof is a great touch. That really is a beautiful car and deserves all the attention it can get. Haha! I have gotten several compliments on your ( mine ) dark green teeshirt. Nicely done... Although I think I prefer the more understated look without the stripes, on the Montreal Verde they look quite subtle indeed.
Must have been a fun job applying them in sunny weather 😊

NOOOO! lol. Gotta admit, it does look good tho. Might have been too much on a white car but it suits the green.

Btw, don't know if you remember me stating all the electrical gremlins I've had with mine for last 18 months? Anyhoo, i took the plunge and got multiecuscan. I had an abs issue which after loads of fault finding with the multimeter, I found a broken wire in the front right wheel arch wiring harness. I cut out the damaged section and soldered in a new wire. She's been faultless ever since (3 weeks now) and got me thru the MOT. So we're on speaking terms again ;)

Stunning looking car particularly in that Montreal Verde paint. Did it need the racing stripe ? No ! Do I like it ? Yes ! As you say it makes the car just that wee bit more individual to you. Nice job !

I noticed one in the green colour for the first time, it’s a fantastic colour (in the flesh). Mines a 17’ in Monte Carlo blue like your old one. Great job with the stripes BTW.

The Giulia QV is one of the most striking, elegant and cohesive car designs of all time.
And yours is arguably in the best colour.
Please don’t defile it with cheap-looking aftermarket tat ☹️

it's ok, I'm not as bold to do the same with mine, only darkened badges front and rear. If you like it that's all that matters. Enjoy it ! EDIT: that said, if i was putting stencils on mine, they'd be on the lower sides along the carbon side trim.

I ordered a Giulia QV last week, just before orders closed and I take delivery in June...i'm doing a bit of a marathon run of your videos right now...a quick question if you don't replaced your tyres for michelans....do you rate the Conti DW 06plus tyres? I have heard they are also suitable for Irish/UK roads/climate. Thank you for your VERY informative videos!
