Hi, I recently purchased a Surfer Line set through Amazon, tried to put enough tension to rig a trickline of about 20 meters long and, as I was tensioning, the ratchet detensioned itself. It was similar to the sound ratchets make when releasing the lock mechanism. Was it because of the amount of tension, the fact that I only used one ratchet as anker or was it because of lack of technique? Now, I´m afraid of tensioning it. Could it be a failure of the ratchet? I'm getting a second ratchet anyways though.
