I was lucky enough to be talking to a hedge fund manager at the weekend. He said to me, "never catch a falling dagger because that's just guess work. Wait for it to hit the bottom and begin to rise before you buy."
Thought I'd share with your following as its the sort of thing you'd say and I love your content. Huge fan, great advise!

The Rule1 toolbox is a great resource!
It would be amazing if there was a version that catered for Uk companies!

Q like Quebec! Thank you for all your help from your books and channel Phil! Just saved 12K and I'm ready to start dipping my toes. My old man and I came to your conference in Montreal. My dad forcefully but once he was there he saw the light, and won the group competition! haha Anyways at the time I didn't have any capital but you really inspired me and I was able to save up from my small businesses in 2 years. I'm ready to come to visit you in ATL to dive deeper. I'll see you soon. Maru 🙏.

Toolbox is good stuff. I have been searching for something like this to do my own research. Thanks for narrowing down some great companies.

The best are 1. Finviz 2. Motley fool 3. A good way to get unusual option activity to see what the smart money is doing is power E*TRADE and 4. Morningstar is good for long term holds research

I like to read seeking alpha. Many analyst write their opinion about every company here. Some of them show the future charts and evaluation of the company

By far my best resource is fast graphs (little pricey but well worth it), then seeking alpha, gurufocus

Can you make a video on how you value bank and insurance companies? Is it any different than MOS/PBT/10CAP methods you use to value other companies? If so, why? Do you use the zombie value methodology to identify whether current market price is trading at a discount to the balance sheet’s assets for these types of financial companies?
