Flashing Red Arrow - Pflugerville, TX

This signal has 2 right-turn flashing yellow arrows, and a Left turn flashing RED arrow. One interesting thing is that the FRA goes from FRA to a yellow arrow and then red when ending, instead of FRA to Red. One other weird thing is the Australian style crosswalk sound coming out of the Porola Navigators.

The newer Delaware Flashing red arrows do a yellow before a solid red. The Delaware flashing red arrow has a separate head for a flashing red arrow and a separate head for a solid red arrow (ball on older installations). Older Delaware FRAs and Maryland FRAs go straight to a solid red arrow or ball from a flashing red arrow. Michigan has a flashing red ball for left turns and that cycle ends with a green arrow.
