I currently have ACD 15 on my computer with Windows 7. If I purchased this, how would it work ? Would the installation automatically update to ACD 2019 my 1, 000's of pictures and video in many numerous folders ? I need a guarantee that none of my files will be lost.

Compensate for your printer's "idiocracies" Really? My printer is not an idiot, even if it seems like it, sometimes.

What we have here is, FAILURE to communicate. The word the voice 'talent' should be using at 1:54 is 'Idiosyncrasies, NOT "Idiocracies". Either the copy was written incorrectly or the voice 'talent' mispronounced the word. As a long time user of ACDSee, I hesitate to purchase the upgrade, not knowing if the new software version has its own idiosyncrasies.
