At 13:29 you speak of emotional healing. I personally have healed myself from immense trauma. Its funny because so many of us think you need this or that to heal yourself. Ritual is cool, I'm really into that, but really you must just become available to your heart to heal. I spent about 6 years intensely healing myself from my past in this life, and that 6 year period has helped me to regain a lot of lost memory, and it helped me literally release the pain that was controlling my soul. Maybe I could do this because I was a Navaho healer in a past life, or maybe I succeeded because my intention was genuine as is the trust I have for my spirit, heart and body. Releasing old pain just so you know is truly needed, you must be willing to feel that which you have refused to feel because that truly is the only way to release yourself from old pain. When emotion comes to us it is a message from spirit, when we refuse to feel that message gets lost within the body and begins then to take on a life of its own. This is how old pain controls us, it becomes a literal spirit of the past living within us. To release that one must use breathe, meditation, self observation, and yes, work closely with Earth and spirit. I figure if I can do this anyone can. Oddly enough as I released my old pain I began to communicate with plants. When I was in California in nature it was a plant that told me I could eat it, it was a new experience for me because I grew up in a ghetto in Montreal, but as I opened myself to this Earth it began to connect with me in truly magical ways. You darn right it is conscious, EVERYTHING is!

We have tools such as chanting the mantras and kirtan here in India to achieve what this great gentleman is suggesting. The beauty is that although these may be part of different traditions, the end goal is the same. We are all ONE. We are all LOVE.
