The attic and crawl space are in amazing shape. This house has been cared for. One of my grandparents had a big old square farmhouse with a big attic. My grandma would hang her wash in there during Wisconsin winters. Otherwise everything came in frozen stiff from outdoors.

I couldn’t get over the height of the attic. When i saw David standing up in it it looked huge. Funny to see pine logs being used for support but it works.
Under the house, looks really good but want to know why you put that sink that far back . Now you know those aren’t light. I’ve been looking for that kind of sink forever. Darn, I wish you weren’t 8 hrs from me but then again they’d probably wouldn’t give it to me. Hahaha. Gotta go n watch second part of the Smoke House. ♥️😊👍👍

Very nice. Salesmans voice ok. ☺ Love the attic. My family moved into a house when I was 5 1/2 that is 100 this year. Unfortunately due to divorce when I was 17-18 it's no longer in the family. We have basements in Wisconsin so no crawl spaces thank God. There was a cistern ( I think that's right spelling. Sounds right.) In the basement the size of a good bedroom. I guess the rain gutters would drain into it. Dad jackhammered two walls down. It is a great house. Wish it was mine.😔 Thank you for your videos. Say hi to both Roberts. See you soon.
