Ratty & Matthew try Boyo aka Blue Drawers: Taste Test Day 2

So we got a nice taste of Rasta Mokko's "Boyo" right after it came out of the pot, but here we give it a try after it's had a chance to cool off and for the flavors to really join together! This one is a classic Rasta dish that Mokko & his Rastafarian friends used to prepare in the mountains and carry around in banana leaves.

Blessings Matthew...we have something similar but with some grated coconut grating fillings in the middle. Simply delicious... good stuff Matthew. Sometimes momma slices them up boyo and fry them with some flour coating...crispy boyo..
