To spare some time for others: when Installing the matplotlib via cmd sometimes you need to change your directory in cmd with the command cd to C:\Users\[your Pythonversion]

Worked. I was able to install matplotlib v19.2.3 from cmd. You can upgrade to matplotlib v20.2.2 by typing 'python -m pip install --upgrade pip' from cmd prompt

I did exactly what u said in the beginning and it started to install a couple of things then it ended and gave me a yellow text in the CMD saying "You are using pip version 18.1, however version 19.0.2 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'python -m pip install --upgrade pip' command." Should i type that or just move on?
