Atlanta Ballet Centre For Dance Education - Behind the Scenes 2018 | Atlanta Ballet

The Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education Summer Intensives have earned a reputation for excellence with a challenging, comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes strong technique, artistry, and performance. Led by Artistic Director Gennadi Nedvigin and Centre Dean Sharon Story, the Atlanta Ballet Summer Intensives are dedicated to helping each individual student maximize his or her training experience and goals. Students are mentored by outstanding faculty, Atlanta Ballet company members, and master guest teachers from such distinguished venues as the Alvin Ailey School, Broadway, Boston Ballet, and the Danish Royal Ballet.

The Atlanta Ballet Summer Intensives focus on developing well-rounded dancers by exposing them to a wide variety of disciplines with an emphasis on classical ballet technique. Students will participate in a minimum of four classes each day, in addition to performance rehearsals.
