"The 👑GREATEST MAN in HISTORY"

had no servants, yet they called Him Master. Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called Him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He did not live in a castle, yet they called Him Lord, He ruled no nations, yet they called Him King, He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today!

My parents went through an ugly divorce when I was a teenager, it changed my life, I was alone, and I blamed everybody, even God through my 20s and early 30s. Then as I got older I realized God was with me the entire time and got me where I am today. Nobody is perfect but Jesus. I read the bible and it changed my life forever.

When it comes to dodging the question of God's existence or his own personal religious beliefs, Jordan is an Olympic gold medalist.

Jordan is avoiding the question by making it unnecessarily abstract. did an eternal being that is outside of time space and matter create time space and matter.

Russell Brand is one of the most exciting people on social media, right now. The reason: He is on a journey (and it's very public).

I never understand why Jordan insists on being such a Sophist in regards to the question of if God is real or not. It seems like there are many ways one could pose the question to get at the root of what people are asking. For example, one could ask “is God real in the sense that he has his own thoughts that no one knows about?”. I have to believe Jordan knows exactly what people mean when they ask if God is real, and it is something more like this question. Just answer the question and be brave enough to handle how your audience is going to react either way. “I don’t know” is also a fine answer, but stop pretending like you have no idea what people are asking or as if the questions is meaningless.

I call this movement that Jordan has mostly led "Christ adjacent" as opposed to "Christ centered." He's very close, but still so far away, because the very thing that draws him closer to God (his philosophical mind) keeps putting up a barrier that prevents him from taking the last step. He spends 10 minutes rambling to say "I don't know." His mind can't get out of the way to let his heart take over.

The scripture comes to mind, lean, not on your own understanding, but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God… We as Christians wear ourselves out, trying to do things that God has told us he has already taken care of… Paul went away for years after he was saved (receive God as his saviors)so that God could tutor him personally… I hope both of you get the chance to do that

I think Jordan Peterson was one of the biggest proponents to Russell Brand finding Christ.

Jordan Peterson essentially makes a utilitarian argument for God.

Sacrifice is giving up the comfort and wellbeing of one self for the benefit and wellbeing of another. In other words, to deny one self for another. This is one of the highest acts of love and was displayed in the crucifixion of Jesus Christ

I love how Dr. Peterson is constantly growing, probing, asking questions, exploring. It warms my heart to see him being drawn to religious topics, Christianity specifically. What a journey. From an atheist to a man of faith (that I think he is slowly becoming) through curiosity and reasoning.😊

Have you ever prayed for strangers that are just busy doing their own thing and they have no idea that you're praying for them? It feels so wonderful. You can feel the Holy Spirit moving through you and it is great !

The question "What is real?" presupposes reality. If you're going to say "What is...?" you're assuming that the "is" of the question - the fact of it having _being_ is already understood and not dependent on further elaboration. Some things are *_self-evident_* and if we don't start by admitting that, then we shouldn't bother to try to address anything of a factual nature. To call into question reality or ontology is to employ an irrational degree of skepticism about the content of our thoughts. When Dr. Peterson succumbs to that kind of deconstruction, he ends up sounding a lot like the postmoderns he tends to decry.

I have always loved everything Jordan has to say but at this point I’m like - fish or cut bait Jordan. Take the leap of faith. Jesus is Real. He is the God of the Universe! You’ve seen Him as a king in your dream to whom all other kings bowed. Take a leap of faith.
