The man that played Monroe owned his role, and the rest of the cast also did a really good job obviously making it a great little show!

I like how nick was so apologetic even after monroes parents tried to kill him lol. Like "I'm really sorry I punched your dad whilst he and your mother were attempting to kill me" Honestly though why did monroe think that letting his grimm friend into the house after they freaked out over him being with a Fuchsbau was a good idea? he really should have told nick to come back later.

I was so worried about Nick and Monroe's friendship in this episode. That said, I do think Monroe brought up an important point about Nick focusing more on cases than bonding with Monroe on a more personal level.

So, not for nothing, but when Nick showed up at the door, Monroe should have been like, "Hey man, not a good time. My parents are here." Pretty much could have avoided the whole friends with a Grim thing.
