Something that wasn't said is that in a team without Qingy doesn't need Anby because Seth's Daze Multipliers are pretty high by itself. That's why a team with Rina works so well. And with Rina is a little more realistic since Qingy is also a limited character. For Disorder, you don't want to play like him (sorry bro), you need to build up the Assault but leave the field without triggering it, build up and trigger Shock and then switch back and trigger assault. Disorder DMG is the remaining DMG that could've been done overtime by the Shock but all at once, which is why Rina works there too because she gives 3 extra ticks of Shock, increasing the DMG.

Might I recommend doing the Inferno Reap with No Offensive buffs to get a Good Sampling of her DPS in a longer fight.

The difference between having Qingyi and sig W engine and not is kind of absurd. I think I'll skip Qingyi to get Jane because I rather have a new element covered, but I have to admit the usual thing of releasing characters back to back that work well is annoying. Guess that's typical gacha fomo tactics, but it's getting pretty old.
