what happens if someone is using my design philosophy and all the details of my project but changed the circuit design and applied for intellectual property and removed my name from the IP application? The project is my masters project and all the research background study, design methodology, equipment calculations everything even the title as well. Initially They mentioned my name as 10% and after I submitted my agreement they suddenly removed my name. When I raised question upon the removal of my name, they said my pcb is rejected by manufacturers and it didn’t show expected results and now they have a new working circuit while I can see all the details are exactly similar to my project. Is it ethical to remove my name? Even if they have a new circuit does it mean that all of my previous work doesn’t have any contribution at all? Even the novelty search they are claiming, that is also done by me.
Please let me know on this. I really need this information.
Thanks
