I would have liked to learn of Wolf's opinion on how much the rise of monopoly (and monopsony) power in the past few decades has contributed to this crisis of democratic capitalism. Dealing with this issue is perhaps more palatable to many than raising taxes to fund subsidies, or even the raising of the minimum wage.
