This is very touching. Seeing one brother just have fun and show love to another. No tasing, asking ID. So it shows that If the police want to show humanity they can. It's down to tie officer and how he see the people he or she deals with. If he sees them as human he will act accordingly.

This is not just a cop, this is a peace officer. He remembered to protect and serve. The behavior needed to be addressed -- but... by playing along he was able to diffuse and resolve the issues. Officers have power, this guy remembers power comes with responsibility. And by playing along, he got some gold coins he can keep to remember an unusual thing that happened, making a great memory for both him and Mario.

There's a black guy that runs around the Washington DC area wearing Mario outfit. He is a happy and funny guy and I talk to him every time I see him. I got my picture taken with him and when I zoom in on his face I can see his true nature. Just a simply pure and kind person who loves fun and making people smile. We need more of this type of innocence in our world!
